ESMS Elite is built for U7–U13 players committed to reaching the highest level of football. Entry is strictly by application and trial, with selection made by ESMS. Successful players gain access to elite training and development pathways leading to overseas academies, A-League squads, and NSW NPL1–NPL3 programs.
