Progression Block
The ESMS Off-Season Program is designed to keep players sharp, disciplined, and progressing during the off season. The program includes strength training in the gym to stabilize core and injury prevention exercises, video analysis, technical work in the cage, tournament style games and goalkeeper specific training.
It ensures consistency in training until club commitments resume, with a structured environment focused on individual and team development.
